By accessing and using this website and placing an order with CrochetArts, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which govern all purchases made through this website, and it is your responsibility to review them before placing an order.
1. Product Information and Variations
All crochet items are handmade, and as such, may contain slight variations in size, color, texture, or design from the images displayed on the website. These minor imperfections are inherent to the handcrafted process and are not considered faults. We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual product.
2. Ordering, Payment, and Dispatch
All orders are considered requests until payment has been successfully processed and confirmed. Orders will only be dispatched or production will only commence (for custom orders) after full payment has been received and cleared. We reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund if the product is unavailable or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
3. No Return or Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our handmade, custom, and small-batch crochet products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been paid for and dispatched, or if production has commenced for custom items. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Exceptions may only be made in the case of a genuinely faulty or damaged item upon arrival, which must be reported with photographic evidence within 7 days of delivery. In such a rare event, the resolution will be at our discretion (e.g., repair, replacement, or store credit).
4. Accuracy of information
While we aim for accuracy in product descriptions, pricing, and availability, minor errors or inaccuracies may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate, without prior notice. Any reliance you place on the information found on this website is strictly at your own risk.
5. Limitation of Liability
By purchasing our products, you agree that your use of the products and the website is at your sole risk. In no event shall CrochetArts, nor any of its staff, be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, bodily injury or property damage) arising from the use or inability to use the products purchased or from the website services. You acknowledge that our crochet items are for their intended decorative and/or functional purpose. You are responsible for the safe handling and appropriate use of the product, including supervising its use by children or pets. Our maximum liability to you for any product purchased is limited to the total amount you paid for that specific product. We make no warranty that the website service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a virus, distributed denial-of-service attack, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment or data due to your use of our website.
6. Shipping and Delivery Policy
We strive to process and ship your unique crochet items as quickly as possible. Since all items are handmade, please allow 2 to 30(as described) business days for your order to be processed, packed, and prepared for shipping. This time is separate from the transit time. Shipping options and costs will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and the size/weight of your order. You can select your preferred method (e.g., standard, expedited) at that time. Estimated delivery times are provided by the courier services and are estimates only. Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, the delivery schedule is outside of our control. We are not responsible for unforeseen shipping delays, including those caused by weather, customs, or courier service issues. For orders shipped outside of India, the customer is solely responsible for any and all customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or fees that may be applied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. The risk of loss and title for items purchased from our site passes to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
7. Custom and Commission Orders
We love bringing your unique crochet visions to life! When placing a custom or commission order, the following terms apply:
* Design Agreement & Quote: All custom work requires a detailed agreement on the design, materials, size, and pricing. We will provide a formal quote that must be approved by you before work begins.
* Non-Refundable Deposit: A [Percentage]% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your custom order and cover the cost of materials and initial design time. The remaining balance is due upon completion and before dispatch.
* Production Time: Custom order completion times are estimates only and will be confirmed when the order is placed. These times may vary based on the complexity of the design and our current workload.
* Design Changes: Significant changes to the design requested after the deposit has been paid and production has started may incur additional fees and extend the completion time.
* Final Sale: Custom and commission items are created specifically for you, and as such, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production has begun.
Important Note:
All disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lucknow, to entertain, try, and determine any and all disputes arising out of this agreement, and no other court shall have jurisdiction over such matters.
